Cash2Go has formed C2GO Colombia SAS as a wholly owned subsidiary to pursue the company’s expanding business operations to Colombia. This entity will follow the company’s C2GO Mexico SA de CV subsidiary, based in Mexico City, as the second local operating company formed by Cash2Go. Colombia is leading the way for regulated online gaming in Latin America. Cash2Go has established significant business relationships in Colombia and expects to create a significant Card2Go cardholder base through these relationships.
